- Hi guys!!!
Today I will cook something for an appetizer…. Parmigiano biscuits.
It’s very easy.
Ingredients:
- 200 grams of flour
- 80 grams of butter
- 90 grams of parmigiano reggiano cheese
- 2 eggs
- 6 spoon of water.
preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a bowl.
Now you mix until you obtain a homogeneous ball.
Now you put the ball in a refrigerator for 1 hour.
…. 1 hour lete!
Roll the dough (about a half centimetre) and cut it to the desired shape.
Now you put the biscuits in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15 / 18 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool.
Now you put in a dish and serve. This is very good with cold cuts and pickles and a sparkling wine.
SIMPLE, GOOD, EATEN!
Such cute shapes! Those little touches make such a big difference in the end results.
Thank you
So pretty!! I love the addition of cheese!
Parmigiano cheese has a very delicate taste
My kind of biscuits:) Love the Parmesan cheese:)
Thank you 🙂
Simple and tasty. And, I even like your cut-out shapes!

Great dish! I make something similar with cheddar cheese. So great to have before dinner! Thanks for this.
The whole world is a village….
I use parmigiano you use cheddar ….but the important thing is that it is good
Alberto, nice and simple and thank you for helping show Americans and others what REAL Italian food is; but may I make a suggestion? Please add American-style measurements (cups, Tablespoons, ounces), specify whether you meant Tablespoons -full or teaspoons-full of water and add Fahrenheit temperatures. Americans who are starting out cooking will think they cannot make this because they don’t know how to convert, the measurements(although it is easy via the Internet); do the work for them.
Good job,though!
Thank you.
I will use your advice
I have made a similar recipe like yours & your Parmesan cookies look so delectable & tasty too!
Thank you
it is a easy recipe and everyone does it in his own way
🙂
You don’t need to do that for the Americans because we aren’t used to convert it to American standards! The Americans don’t do that for us either! 🙂
Nice and easy. Will try it one day.
Thank you for compliments
I have the feeling these could be quite addictive! 🙂
It’s a tasty idea before lunch or dinner
Beautifully done. They look very tasty!
Thank you!!!!
These look ridiculously delicious my friend 😀
Cheers

Thank you very much !!!!
Looks inviting, I want one with my tea …:)
tank you 🙂
Looks yummy. I love parmesan cheese. I wouldn’t worry about the measurements though. Conversions are easy on the internet. It would be a lot of work for you to have to do that for all your recipes. I’m from the UK but live stateside so I post using cups etc in my recipes. For those recipes I find outside the US I just convert. Thanks for posting!
Thank you for all your tips
